Position: Customer Service
Job description:
• Manage and operate customer’s requests from the booking stage to cargo loading operations and resolve cargo issues with carriers timely and smooth.
• Regulate and perform daily checking of carrier’s update and inform all relevant parties timely within the company’s timeline
• Coordinate with the company’s agents to ensure cargo is properly handled
• Communicate with the Sales team to ensure all cargo information regarding bookings is correctly identified and handled
• Communicate with the Pricing team to make sure all rates and quotations match with customer’s requested services
• Communicate and coordinate with the Document team to streamline all document requirements and abide by shipping regulations
• Resolve customer disputes and complaints in timely and professional manner and in accordance with company policies
• Develop customer and agent relationships by providing professional services and outstanding support to their needs
• Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department
• Make a debit note/credit note for customers/agents

Requirements:
• University or college graduate (major in Foreign Trade, Economics, Maritime or Transportation is preferable)
• Ability of listening, speaking, reading, writing English and good at Microsoft Office Applications
• Being careful, customer-oriented & achievement-driven attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure and having good problem-solving skill, easy-to-listen voice
• Others: High responsibility, good teamwork
• Willing to work weekends and holiday
