Fox Group Team Building & YEP 2024: An Exciting Treasure Hunt Adventure at Melia Ho Tram Resort

From January 3rd to 5th, 2025, the Fox Group team embarked on a memorable journey at Melia Ho Tram Resort, strengthening bonds and creating unforgettable memories.

With the innovative Treasure Hunt concept, this year's team-building program was a labor of love designed by our passionate organizing team. Every detail was carefully crafted to provide a playground that blends exploration, teamwork, and challenges, allowing every member to unleash their potential and enjoy a truly unique experience. The members were randomly divided into three teams: Red Team, Blue Team, and Yellow Team, with each team wearing a unique turban to represent their colors and team spirit. Each game not only brought moments of fun but also served as a lesson in unity and collaboration to achieve a common goal.

Highlights of the Adventure:

• Round 1: Identity Code Hunt: Teams had to decode the clues to determine their first direction.
• Round 2: Ocean Memories (25m x 2 Relay Swimming with Broken Telephone): A test of both speed and communication skills.
• Round 3: Flag Capture: A battle of strategy, agility, and unity.
• Round 4: Survival Battle - Balloon Stomp: Endless laughter as participants tried to "protect" their balloons from being popped.
• Round 5: Tracing the Historical Marks: A thrilling finale of exploration and discovery tied to the area's cultural heritage.

Each activity wasn’t just a game—it was a moment of connection, breaking barriers and bringing every team member closer together.
