Fox Group Team Building 2025: A Color Up Journey and Express Freely at Resort Movenpick Phan Thiet

From July 25th to 27th, 2025, Fox Group embarked on a memorable journey to Mövenpick Resort Phan Thiet, marking another successful chapter of internal connection and collective growth. The team building event, themed “Color Up,” stood as a vibrant testament to our belief that sustainable success always begins with people – with unity, empathy, and mutual understanding.

“Color Up” wasn’t just a theme.
It was an invitation for each Fox member to step outside of their daily roles, to live boldly with their individual colors, to express themselves authentically, and to blend naturally into the collective spirit. Each activity in the program was thoughtfully crafted to include both individual and team challenges, giving members the opportunity to showcase their personalities while strengthening team synergy – allowing everyone to shine and create unforgettable memories.

This year, the Fox family was divided into four spirited teams: King Shark Team, Xanh Team, Vitamin Sea Team, and WW Team. Each game and challenge brought waves of laughter and countless shared moments, bonding members closer together as they raced toward victory.

No Moment Was Meaningless – Each Round, A True Test of Team Spirit
Round 1: Ocean Color Splash – Relay Swimming: The team with the strongest swimmers dove ahead with speed and style.

Round 2: Bouncing Colors – Sack race: A game of balance, coordination, and team strategy.

Round 3: Sprint of Colors – Relay race: Explosive speed and seamless baton passes lit up the track.

Round 4: Moving Colors – Jump rope: Precision, timing, and endurance were put to the test in every jump.

Round 5: Color Clash – Dodgeball: Survive the storm of colorful balls – and catch one to revive your teammates!

Round 6: Land of Colors – Volleyball: Teams rotated in intense volleys, showing off talent and teamwork to crown the champions.

Each game wasn’t just an activity – it was a shared experience. A moment of connection. A spark that turned strangers into teammates, and teammates into lifelong companions.
